I’ve tried a few times to get replacement parts, maybe back in March or April, I can’t remember exactly, but they always seem to be out of stock. It’s frustrating when you just need one simple thing and can’t find it anywhere.

I’ve been disappointed with the brakes since the first ride. They squeak a lot and the stopping just doesn’t feel smooth, even after I tried adjusting them. Going downhill makes me nervous, and I feel kind of pressured to ride extra carefully because I don’t fully trust them. For what it cost, I really expected much better stopping power.

I was mainly paying attention to when the bike would arrive, because that was the important part for me, and it showed up late. I tried contacting support to get a clear answer, but they weren’t much help. I didn’t really care about anything else at that point, I just wanted my order on time and some useful communication.

i mean, the bikes just don’t really look good to me. They seem a little too bulky and kind of plain, and the colors feel dull. The overall design gives me an older vibe, but not in a cool vintage way. I just couldn’t get past how they looked.

The bike itself is fine and rides well, so no major complaints there. But the ordering experience was a bit frustrating. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear. Customer service did get back to me, but the answers weren’t all that helpful. Considering what I paid, I expected the whole process to be a lot smoother.

I had a tough time putting my sixthreezero bike together. The front fender and brake area were the most confusing for me, and a couple of the holes didn’t seem to line up right at first. What I thought would be a quick setup ended up taking way longer than I expected.

The instructions weren’t much help, and when I tried getting answers, I kind of felt passed around instead of getting one clear solution. I ended up needing extra tools and help from a friend just to get it finished. Definitely not the smooth setup I was hoping for.

I was expecting this to handle my normal rides a lot better, but the motor just feels weak. Even on smaller hills, it really struggles, which was disappointing. Based on how it was presented, I thought it would have more power than this.

I’ve been riding it for a bit now, and the gears just don’t feel smooth at all. Every time I shift, it feels kind of rough and clunky, which gets annoying fast. Not really what I expected.

The bike is decent overall, but I felt like the description made it sound more comfortable and better fitting than it actually is. When it showed up, a few details just didn’t line up with what I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “the fit can vary depending on the rider,” which I get, but I still wish the listing had been a little clearer. Not a terrible purchase, just a bit disappointing

I wasn’t impressed right from the first ride. The bike looks decent enough, but the seat started hurting quickly and the whole ride felt rough. I was hoping it would be more comfortable, but it gave me a bad first impression

I was bummed with this one. The battery drained way faster than I expected and barely made it through my ride. Not totally what I was hoping for tbh.

I’m still waiting on warranty help and nobody seem to know what’s going on. My bike still isn’t fixed, and every time I check in it feels like I’m just getting pushed off again.

I really wanted to like this bike, and it does look nice at first, but the quality just sorta let me down. After only a few rides, the brakes started feeling loose and the gears were making some weird noises. A few of the parts feel kinda cheap for the price, too. I’m new to bikes, and this site just left me more confused than when I started. There were way too many options and not enough plain, simple info to help me figure out what I actually needed. I still couldn’t tell what would fit me, so I ended up just giving up.

I was excited about this bike at first. It rides fine, looks decent, and I figured the battery would get me through my usual errands without much stress. Then reality hit — I’m barely getting 18 miles out of it, even on flat roads with normal riding. That’s just not okay. When I contacted support, they basically said range depends on conditions, which, sure, I get that, but this feels way off from what was advertised. Disappointing overall...

I ordered from Sixthreezero Bike Co. and ended up needing to send the bike back. I figured it would be straightforward, but this whole return thing turned into way more of a hassle than I expected.

I felt like I had to keep digging around just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Messages took a while, and the instructions weren’t all that clear, so I just kept getting more confused instead of getting this handled.

For a bike that costs this much, the return process really should be easier. After dealing with all that, I don’t think I’d order from them again

I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I really wanted to like this, but the seat just didn’t work for me. It felt hard almost right away, and after a short ride I was already uncomfortable enough to want to stop. Kind of disappointing because I’m generally loyal to them, but I couldn’t ride for long with this seat.

For some reason, the delivery just didn’t go the way I expected. The timing changed, and the updates weren’t very clear, so I ended up waiting around not really knowing what was going on. Annoying, honestly.

I went by the size chart, but it just didn’t work out for me. The bike feels way too big, like really big, and definitely bigger than I expected.

I really thought this bike was going to feel a lot nicer based on the price. It looks good, so I’ll give it that, but once I actually started using it, it just didn’t feel as solid as I expected. A few parts have that kind of cheap feel, and I had to spend more time adjusting things than I think should be necessary on a bike in this price range. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the whole vibe just made me feel like they cared more about how it looks than how it rides. i’m kind of wishing I’d gone with a cheaper option somewhere else.
